In this visualization, we will be unlocking parts of the inner self that has been locked away. As we grow, we tend to lock away parts of ourselves that we are ashamed of. Usually, this is a result of societal pressure that imposes limiting beliefs upon you that hold you back from truly being free. What part of yourself is locked away? This meditation is designed to help unlock the part of you that you are unconsciously ashamed of and then help you to learn to love that part of you.
