Deepen your understanding of anger with 3 simple questions that you can ask yourself to find your own answers regarding anger. 3 reflection questions: What expectations did you have about the situation or person that were not met? What or Who was your anger protecting? What new boundary was created within you because of this situation, where are you now saying ‘that’s not ok.’ Bonus Question: What are you afraid would happen if you weren’t angry in this situation anymore? You can re-listen to this meditation anytime you’re having a hard time understanding why you are feeling angry in a situation.

Anger
Anger is emotional and emotions are thoughts and thoughts moments! Moments are time! Time is life! Life is temporary! So only allow anger to be momentarily and choose the right moments in time to express anger and emotions and then you can do something else but you can’t get mad at all of these things!

I hate anger
I become anger and I need to allow myself to let it come and go and fly away and allow a better emotion replace it; like caring for myself and others

Insight
I fear the loss of power that I really don’t have anyway. I need to realize that anger represents giving power to others.
