Ultimate deep sleep meditation
This was excellent for achieving deep relaxation needed for sleep. This is a lengthier meditation which allows me to focus on relaxation exercises when I’m a bit more distracted. The music is nice in this recording.

Works Wonderfully!
Made it about, I’m guessing, no longer than 15 mins. I purposely chose a long meditation becuz I was having trouble sleeping. And that’s my last memory before waking up this morning. Great session.

Perfect !
I felt myself relax immediately! I had tried several other sleep inducing offerings but I felt like Goldilocks! Too hard, too soft, but this was just right. Ahhhhhh

I noticed that I was able to settle down quickly and I drifted off easily.

Calming for sure
I’ve had sleep issues for at least 50 years. What this session does is help your mind to relax. I’ve been doing diaphragmatic breathing for the last year before going to sleep so this aids in that process. The narrators voice is soothing, and stretching out all the energy of the day is a good practice.

Deep Meditation Sleep 59 min
2-2-2022...I learned that with long slow inhale(calm) and long slow exhale(relax) makes my body's muscles and brain connection just becomes so relaxed to release your inner concentration plus makes my muscles so relaxed as if my soul left my physical body. I was in such a deep meditation that I felt no stress, no inner thoughts and no pain. I fell asleep towards the end of the session in such a deep sleep and I have not been able to do this in forever or ever. This helped me so exclusively for myself and I will definitely continue the meditation. Thank you Aura and Steven Webb, Tina Wright

Since I have been using the sleep one, I have noticed that I am sleeping 75% to 100% all night.

I have been putting on a sleep meditation at the same time every night no matter how awake I am. I always get to sleep within 10-15 mins and sleep right through the night. I notice how tense I am so taking deep breaths and relaxing my body helps to wind down after work.
