This was excellent for achieving deep relaxation needed for sleep. This is a lengthier meditation which allows me to focus on relaxation exercises when I’m a bit more distracted. The music is nice in this recording.

This is by far one of my favorite sleep meditations. I never make it to the end since I always fall asleep at some point throughout the meditation.
Made it about, I’m guessing, no longer than 15 mins. I purposely chose a long meditation becuz I was having trouble sleeping. And that’s my last memory before waking up this morning. Great session.

I felt myself relax immediately! I had tried several other sleep inducing offerings but I felt like Goldilocks! Too hard, too soft, but this was just right.
I noticed that I was able to settle down quickly and I drifted off easily.
I can fall asleep
But I learned when I get to the end of the session I wake back up and can’t get over that hump. It comes from my lower back
I learned that I can simply be kind to myself and just how much I need that kindness when I have these feelings
Didn’t fall a sleep at all, besides asking for stretching without visual aid or guidance is ridiculous
