This meditation helps you relax into a deep healing night of sleep. All you do is set it going, turn off your screen and wake up refreshed in the morning.
This was excellent for achieving deep relaxation needed for sleep. This is a lengthier meditation which allows me to focus on relaxation exercises when I’m a bit more distracted. The music is nice in this recording.
