Deep Meditation Sleep 59 min
2-2-2022...I learned that with long slow inhale(calm) and long slow exhale(relax) makes my body's muscles and brain connection just becomes so relaxed to release your inner concentration plus makes my muscles so relaxed as if my soul left my physical body. I was in such a deep meditation that I felt no stress, no inner thoughts and no pain. I fell asleep towards the end of the session in such a deep sleep and I have not been able to do this in forever or ever. This helped me so exclusively for myself and I will definitely continue the meditation.
