In this meditation, we will get into a relaxed state in order to connect with our future selves. We will start with an intention to seek guidance from our future selves. After the meditation, we will have a quick journaling activity to record what came up as guidance. You can use this in times of uncertainty or stress but also can be used anytime just to help you reconnect with your intuition. The last part of this exercise (Journal entry) is tempting to skip but is a very important part. Some people receive guidance much easier through journaling so in order to get the full experience to be sure to try this step. This should only take about 1-2 minutes.
