Not all thoughts are always fact - but the breath is always true. Like a loyal friend the breathe is here to connect us to the power of the present. This meditation cultivates our trust in this powerful & free tool - the breath.
You can count on your breathing to always be there
Anxiety seems to feed on feeling unsure of what’s going to happen. When I feel this way, I can remind myself that I can ALWAYS, no matter what, return attention to my breathing process.
Thinking of your breath like a loyal friend that is always there for you to come back to.
I like the metaphor of the breath as a loyal friend that you can return to.
I learned that my breath is a loyal friend, a loyal friend I can return to.
I thought this session was an excellent example of simplicity which allowed me to remain focused.
The One Constant
Apart from God Himself my breath is ever with me as a gift of life from the Almighty. But when the breath ceases, God will remain my Helper and my Refuge.,
The mind ... a powerful thing
Using your mind just to listen to your breathing makes you realize how little do we know what goes on without our control.
Still once we pay attention to it we are able to control it as we wish.
Trusting the Breath
I learned that whenever you do anything whether it’s running the hardest race or celebrating an achievement your breath is always there no matter if you recognise it or not, it follows you around like a shadow and feel es through the same times you do. So, thank you to this meditation for helping me realise this.
This helped me just stop for moment and focus on breathing. I spend so much time going, going, and stressed out. This helped me take time to center myself.
I absolutely love rain sounds. This was so needed. I feel so refreshed. I felt like I washed away my worries.
I can feel satisfied even is there is much going on.One of the most amazing apps I’ve come across
I feel like with this app, I am more in tune with myself and my needs then I was before. It very important for me to be able to sit or lay down and just relax without thoughts always jumping around in my head.
just taking time to pay attention to my breathing actually keeps me grounded for a few minutes
Tuning into the breath is so important for me. It naturally calms me down.
Trust the breath and let it lead you to peace. Ignore everything else, even for a minute. Tap into your natural, cleansing breath.
i feel a tad bit calmer
there is a solution to anxiety. no type of stress is everlasting. taking a breather and unwinding is beneficial to the mind, body and soul.
Trusting the Breath
Although I typically love any meditation that focuses on the breath as it’s so easy to center yourself with your breath, for some reason my mind was wandering all over the place during this meditation. I know not why.
Breathing is reason enough to feel alive. Being able to do so should remind us that life goes on and we can try doing things in other possible and countless ways.
I learned that noticing your breath is very relaxing and I love meditation
So simple and yet very profound. The power of our breath, the ease of watching our breath, the effect of our breath on our body and mind.
I have a tendency to get overwhelmed by trying to focus on everything and everyone else. I need to learn to focus on me and what I am dong at this moment.
Appreciate the little things and life will become lighter and easier.
Coming back to the breath.
I have tried so hard in the past to not let my mind wonder but today I just let it and would go back to my breath. It was very relaxing letting my thoughts appear and then concentrating on my breath. They just came in and out.
Most of these exercises are breathing exercises, I did not know this, but I am enjoying my 3 mins a day that I keep to myself. It has been a good mental health thing for a college student. I am feeling good.
It was great and for me it passed too quickly. It's very interesting, how time flies when you just calm your mind...
My mind wandered a lot- but I did return to the breath. “Building trust in the return”. I realized this is the first time Im not waiting for someone to return to me. Or for me to return to myself- I feel at peace in a space of learning, wellness, and growing.
I wonder if there is a person who fits into this?
There are so many skies stored in my memories... I think my subconscious was already noticing the beautiful skies before I thought to make a point of it.
This helped me a lot and helped me sleep for my exams tomorrow ❤️🙏
Sleep is key never let yourself get to tired and study for your exams they help and are very important
Truly a great session with tangible applications for restoring my well-being. I did find my mind wandering and I like how she said “No judgment” just be glad that you’re recognizing and focus back on your breathing. Feeling really good now
I noticed that it is super easy to become relaxed.
I learned that if I feel stressed or can’t sleep that I should focus on my breathing.
The natural rhythm of our bodies expressed through the breathing process is powerful and grounding. Allowing us to appreciate and embrace the simple breath can be cleansing and renewing.
Return to your breath
I learned that it’s okay to let our mind wander while trying to meditate, but to attempt to refocus ourselves and return to our breathing for comfort.
Focus on yourself, don’t be selfish, most importantly don’t compare yourself to others as it can lead to low self esteem. Be the best version of yourself
This meditation was a great one to do today as I have a lot going on around me (people in the house) so reminding myself that my breath is always there regardless of if my mind is on it or not was comforting. It helped me learn to take my focus away from the things around me (as hard as it was) and continue to zone in on my breath.
I am enough. I am strong. I’m doing it for myself, not anybody else.
Trusting the Breath
This meditation was both calming and grounding....a good place to go when sooo much around me feels out of control. Thank you for your gentle guidance.🙏
Trusting the Breath
When you trust yourself you can trust your own mind, body, and spirit. Having trust in yourself means you can trust other people as well
YES YOUR MIND ALWAYS WONDERS, BUT HAVING A CONSISTENT BREATH TO FOCUS ON BRINGS YOU BACK TO CENTER. WHICH CAN EASILY BE APART OF EVERYDAY LIFE WHEN IT COMES TO CONSISTENCY. CONSISTENTLY DO WHAT YOU LOVE TO ALWAYS HAVE A CENTER TO COME TO WHEN THERE IS CHAOS IN YOUR LIFE. CENTER AND LOVE YOURSELF 🙏🏾💜
I noticed my mind wandering but kept returning to my breath and the present moment. It’s been a busy season and this short meditation was perfect. Simple. I’m proud of myself for showing up for myself and giving myself grace with this practice. Thank you
This was a good reminder to come back to the breath. it would've liked some deep breaths added in
