This morning meditation will help you feel connected to your breath and cleanse your being, mind, body, and soul. The more you breathe, the more you intentionally take each breath...the more connected you are. Settle yourself, take in a breath, and envision this breath, cleansing your being. All of mind, body, and soul as you draw it in. And then, as you exhale, let all those pieces of negativity sail out and away from you. Watch, as they float away, and simply dissolve.
