I’m a tree
I can envision myself as a tall, strong tree with branches extending out and full of leaves. My roots are firmly in the ground, keeping me upright and nourished. Each branch holds my most precious thoughts for peace, love, spirituality, compassion, kindness and forgiveness. It keeps me mindful of all that is needed to keep me and my fellow beings alive, safe and well. 🌳

Reminders
Reminding myself this morning that I am supported, wherever I may stand and choose to go to. While this morning was rough, I am confident that this reminder of support will help me ground myself throughout the day.

Both/And
This was an interesting meditation for me. There was enough that I was asked to do that it kept my mind attuned, but not so much that I felt confused or couldn’t keep up. Worth trying a second (or third?) time.

Ready for bed
I like digging down to the sturdiness of the ground. Substituted moon do sun to make a more nighttime meditation.

Learning a new calm
I feel a calm that I haven’t really felt before. When I opened my eyes it felt like a whole new world.

Tree meditation
Nice way to start my day. Visualizing myself as a tree reaching and breathing in energy from above and below.

Meditation technique
This is the first meditation I’ve done where the guide didn’t instruct me to focus only on my breath, I discovered it’s much easier for me to keep focused when using imagery.

Outside Energy
This morning I learned to extend myself into the energies of the earth and the sky and the form a connection with them in a beautiful and healthy way.

Trees
Stand tall and firm in a forest. Yet can move in the wind. The roots nourish. The leaves create energy. The branches shape the tree. Trees are similar to values.

Trees
I have always connected with the image of a forest. It’s one of my safe places in my mind. So a tree meditation worked really well for me. This is definitely my favorite meditation so far. I think it would work best if you listened to it outside, barefoot, under the sun. That might really help you connect with the earth and feel grounded and peaceful.

Roots
Connect, feel grounded, feel your roots growing into the ground. This is a great meditation that I will definitely be revisiting. Maybe I was just really tired and needed a rest but I actually nodded off for a minute and woke up and it was done. I don’t know if that means this is a really good or I just needed a nap but I will definitely be coming back to it.
