Treasure yourself
On behalf I fell asleep. Was this negative or positive? What did I learn? I only remember that I thought: I AM. That this is my deepest treasure. I am.
Facing challenge
May lead me to believe there is nothing to be grateful in the present moment. Farthest from truth! These times shape my character, strengthen my stamina, and let me know what I really want from myself, who I really am.
I had a difficult time staying in this session. However I was able to reflect on a few moments recently when I said or did things I would usually beat myself up over, but tonight was able to forgive myself for. So while I didn't exactly follow the session, I count this as an emotional win. I am already in a place that I never thought I'd be in, one where I accept the "dumb" things I do and forgive myself for them and begin to value myself in spite of these things.
Where the heart is
I’m grateful for the home that I have lived in for the last 40-some years. I feel safe and secure here. Sometimes It is a refuge when things or circumstances are such that I need peace and privacy. It’s always here for me. 🌷❤️

I love to practices with a smile on my face while breathing. Our live is the most precious present...we need to be grateful because we are small universes. Leaving in the most beautiful planet 💙🌎🌍🌏

I learned that no one can take your personality. You are who you are and to achieve greatness you need to focus on yourself before you can focus on other people. I have also learned that each day is a new day.

A wonderful intuitive gentle spiritual practice that crosses over all belief structures and touches the clear and somethings complex being. Marvelous.
Focusing on self love 💙🙏💙
I am truly grateful for everything I have and I realize, that I don’t always think deeply enough or long enough on the subject of self love. This meditation helped me go deeper to the center of my being and stay there for awhile. I don’t think about loving myself, I think more about being strong, staying positive, present, focused and mindful. I’m not really there yet, I need to get there often and stay until I can feel it’s true. More than words it’s a feeling of wholeness. I will make self love my focus until I experience it fully. To be grateful for the things around you and the earth and universe.
I learned how grateful I am for each moment on this earth. This year has been full of loss, heartbreak, and guilt. But there has also been joy for which I am thankful.

What a fantastic reminder of the blessings we have been given. This was exactly what I needed to hear and think through tonight. This is what’s important and we already have it.
