As your body feels heavy and your mind stays active, you’ll be invited to slow your breath, soften tension, and reconnect with stillness. Allow your body to rest deeply, recharge, and gently return to balance after travel. The trip is behind you now. The planes, the cars, the noise, the waiting— all of it can fade for a little while.
