I learned that by placing my hand on my heart and setting an intention To sleep with tranquility, I can make myself feel more relaxed and prepared for bedtime I noticed myself relaxing have I felt the heat of my hand on my heart. I also relaxed experiencing The rise and fall of my breath on my hand. I appreciate the way that this meditation taught me exactly how to set an Intention. Sometimes I overthink the process of doing so. I also Learned a lot from the part of the meditation that asked me to focus on cool air if I inhale and the warm Air of my Breath out. It really helped me grow my mind to my breath it’s help me angry my mind to winding down, instead of thinking about 1000 things at once.
This meditation will be useful to me because I often wake up uncomfortable at night this provides me with a quick way to relax.
