Allow this Total Body Relaxation Meditation to help guide you to the peaceful nap or sleep that you deserve. During our exercise, we move through every part of the body relaxing and letting go. Then we practice a brief Progressive Muscle Relaxation exercise to release any residual tension. Did the trick!
This helped me fall right back to sleep. Normally, if I wake up in the middle of the night, it’s a toss up whether I fall back asleep right away

I felt very relaxed and was able to go to sleep easily and deeply I was able to keep my mind focused.
My body relaxed more than I thought it would. I usually have a really hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I enjoyed this method of sleep meditation. Thank you!
