The Habit of Meditating
Tonglen is an ancient Tibetan Buddhist meditation practice, where the practitioner uses their breath to take in all of the pain and suffering of another individual or group of sentient beings. They then destroy the pain and suffering in their heart and exhale relaxation and relief to this same person or group. In this short Tonglen practice, you will utilize your breath to heal another person who you will invite into your meditation with you.
