I’m seriously getting really used to meditation
I’m seriously getting used to this meditation and it’s helping me out and relaxing and getting stuff out of my head like kambrisha and kambrisha has really been on my mind this week I feel really sad about her passing on and meditation is always helping me out and I feel that negative things are just zapping right out of my mind and positive things that come to my mind I put myself at a position where I am not sad about her I feel relaxed and just be calm and relax and stay at peace I don’t let things like that stress me out and I’m seriously thinking yes I am liking the meditation so far I am at peace I love that way people can always teach you how to relax and be at peace
