This morning meditation will help guide you to focus on relaxing and take a moment to let your attention shift to your throat chakra. Still the voice in your mind. Soften your muscles. Let your joints ease and relax, and prepare for some time for you. While focusing on relaxing, take a moment, and let your attention shift to your throat chakra. Is your throat chakra tense? Are your jaws clenched? How about your neck? Is it soar? Tune into your throat chakra, and using your intuition, see if you can determine if it’s open or closed. See if you can breathe into and relax any tense area.
