The importance of self love
Wow what a session! That really struck a powerful chord with me! I am defiantly going to be adding this to my daily routine- I think it’s so important to love ourselves! Up until recently, I thought self love was big headedness and arrogance but I’ve now learnt that those are not the same. I am still new to this idea but, with this practice, hopefully the idea of self love will become second nature!

I changed my life years ago by rearranging my schedule to accommodate the gym. It transformed me first physically and then mentally. I accept the fact that I am uniquely made and there is value in uniqueness, therefore I am valuable! I love myself first so that I may love others. For you cannot give away what you do not posses. If I stay in the present, there is less to worry about, less to regret & thus less to fear. Live more by loving more FROM this moment. If you are going to leave this moment why not project or radiated Love from this moment? Why not Radiate love back as forgiveness to self and others.
