Stillness
It's nice to just take a couple of minutes to get centered and be still in a life and day of so much craziness, being busy and non-stop all day. It's refreshing, even for such a short moment.

Letting go!
I learned that getting into a peaceful situation by relaxing and sitting straight up, then listen to an Meditation Session helps me to really relax and think more clearly as well as knowing everything is going to be better!

Bah, Humbug
Guided breathing meditations are my favorite, however, as the holidays near I’m not at my best. The religious and spiritual aspects of Christmas are in my heart; all the other stuff, not so much.

Just breathing
Always relaxing and soothing to pay attention to the process of breathing. Especially nice with all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Deep breathing really does calm the mind and nervous system.

Slowing down
I learned that taking a breather and focusing on what’s happening internally opposed to externally, is a must. I found a small quiet corner and was able to focus on my breathing and my body to the point that I felt very at peace after just three minutes.

Separate
I am not chaos. I am separate from chaos. It may often be around me, it may often fill my mind, but chaos itself is not me. I am a separate entity and I can choose to step back and breathe a barrier. Chaos is over there. I am a separate entity.

Stillness
I needed a little stillness today. Having a really rotten morning today (car wouldn’t start, wife and daughter had to walk to school, late, friend having a heart-attack-type issue running to the ER) this day could just end and that would be great by me! I think I’ll take a nap!

Three Minute Breathing Space
Once my muscles are tense it takes a lot of breath and mindfulness to release them. Hoping that these few minutes today helped my neck and shoulders.

I learned to focus on what thoughts and feelings might come up during meditation. Although I focused on them, I also am learning to acknowledge and let them go.

Metaphysical
This meditation brings you to an outer body experience. It’s odd how something so natural for the human body - breathing - can feel so outer worldly! This is the power of meditation.

Breathing space
I find it relatively easy to control my breathing to calm myself, yet I find it extremely hard to simply watch my breath. To just be with my sensations, breath, emotions and thoughts. So this was a great practice for me.

Just for a moment
The winter blues have put me in a “meh” kind of mood lately. It’s like I stepped in big pile of autopilot. I started my meditation like 😕 and worked myself to 🤩. I felt a spark of liveliness that has escaped me for the last couple days. I’ll take it, even if it was just for a moment. As long as this guy 🤪doesn’t show up!!lol! Have a great day y’all!

Home
"Coming home to your body" I was a little distracted while doing this. Im missing C and thinking of her. I hope shes ok. But this was a good reminder that while i care for her my home is really within myself. These feelings of joy and safety and happiness that I felt so easily with her I am still cultivating within myself. And will continue to.

It feels good to be back again , even with my
space being totally invaded by people leaning against me on both sides. Perhaps this is symbolic of my life. It is days like today that I wonder where I will get the energy to see things through. My birthday was the 14th.

Three Minutes
Three minutes can make all the difference. Deepak once said to Wayne, “The answer my friend is always the same. Breath deep. She is waiting patiently. You are never alone. Trust the truth in your heart. Meditate.”

Three Minute Breathing Space
For anyone who constantly feels stressed or anxious, this breathing exercise is for you. Just three minutes of connecting with your body and taking a few deep breaths can completely change how you feel. Lately, I have felt that I am so busy that it is hard to take time to myself. However, although it was short, this meditation gave me a chance to do so. It was similar to a basic meditation where you are guided in focusing on your breath, but even though it was a little boring, it gave me a whole new perspective on life. I learned that I need to take time to myself instead of always worrying about what tasks need to be done.👍🥰

I noticed it was difficult to focus. My breathing is ridged at times and doesn’t have nice flow.
I learned that with time focus begins and that my breathing needs a lot of work.

noticing
throughout this exercise, i focused on my breathing while also expanding my focus on my body. i pictured my whole body breathing as one, this helping me understand that my body works together, not just the different parts by themselves.
