Three Minute Breathing Space
For anyone who constantly feels stressed or anxious, this breathing exercise is for you. Just three minutes of connecting with your body and taking a few deep breaths can completely change how you feel. Lately, I have felt that I am so busy that it is hard to take time to myself. However, although it was short, this meditation gave me a chance to do so. It was similar to a basic meditation where you are guided in focusing on your breath, but even though it was a little boring, it gave me a whole new perspective on life. I learned that I need to take time to myself instead of always worrying about what tasks need to be done.👍🥰
