Three Easy Steps for Meditation

This meditation can be used as a beginner meditation &/or as a starting point for an extended meditation for more experienced practitioners. It is a simple mindfulness exercise, based upon a method of meditation I developed personally called the 3 FARMs (Facilitations of Accommodating Recommendations for Meditation). This method was developed to cultivate & grow a daily meditation practice & would be great to implement as part of a daily routine.
