🤔👀
Do I truly know who I am, completely, have I taken a deep enough look? Perhaps I should take a deeper and longer look so that I might better see who I am becoming. To visualize who I am now will open my eyes to the person I will be in the future.

Self Worth
I learned that no matter what happens throughout each day of your life, to remember at the end of each day that you are you and that no body can be who you are. You control your own thoughts and you control your own life, no one else can do this for you. Know your worth 🌈

I feel like I really want to chase my dreams and define myself as a happy loving person.
School keeps bringing me down and I just want to be happy. How can I do that when people constantly are defining me as someone who I’m not. I’m drowning in an ocean of negativity with no light or hope around me and I’m struggling to see my happiness on the horizon.
M
Matthew
Do I really know ”me”?
I feel that I need to learn to be a better person, to know myself better...and to treat myself much better than I do! As I face beginning to work again for clients, I need to learn to do better, especially scheduling myself...deadlines are terribly important in my line of business, and the ability to meet them will determine if I can actually continue down this new path I've set for myself! This is something I’ve always struggled with, from long before my stroke took me away from life and working...and though I didn't desire to work for myself again, or start another business, this is the path life has led me to, and laid in front of me...for my own sanity and my family’s well being, I'm diving back in! Sink or swim, I've got to do SOMETHING! I just hope I'm strong enough to succeed! My wife and kids deserve so much more than I've been able to provide since I had my stroke and became disabled.😪

Who am I becoming?
Who am I becoming? I’m not sure yet. I still have half things I need to get through to know who I am. I want to be with better people who make me laugh and are happy. I want to be a better dancer. I want to have good grades. I want to see more places in the world. I want to live a little more and think a little less. I want to appreciate the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that we are gifted with every morning. After I’ve accomplished that, and many more, I’ll know who I’m going to be. Who I’m becoming. All I know, is that I’m going to strive for the best future possible for me.

Living beyond your needs
This first session was and is very intriguing. There is an old saying that I used to here from my father a lot . It was ," stop and smell the roses ,". That was his way of telling me to slow down and stop moving so fast. This world this life is so short lived that it will be gone before you know it so enjoy it while you can.

Knowing Self.
I felt more relaxed listening to this. Her advice came with ease, and helped me understand that, even the biggest things in life, like: knowing who self is & who self will become, comes with the little details in life, too (small details the mind tends to overlook but hold importance )...Paying attention to myself more, so that I see who I really am, has always been apart of me, just have to list them out to put in front of my own eyes.

Who you are
Its impossible to improve yourself if you don’t know who you are. The only way to achieve and be who you want to be is to know what your strengths are and what you need to work on, and the first step is knowing yourself and examining who you are.

This Is Who I’m Becoming
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about who I am as a person. I’ve become more aware of some of my negative attributes, which I’ve denied and suppressed most of my life: emotional silence, tendency to build resentment and anger, judgment according to societal status, and most importantly, not being truthful and honest with my negative feelings, even with myself. While it has been painful to see these attributes within myself, it has also been incredibly rewarding to see myself struggle and succeed to combat and change these toxic patterns of behavior. Although I had trouble facing myself, I was never happy with the person I was. In learning to face and accept my flaws, I feel more open to giving and receiving love in my life. This short talk raises all of these questions, and demonstrates that knowing who you are is incredibly important, yet a rare thing we ask ourselves. I hope this app continues to inspire me in the journey I am taking in my life: to love and accept myself and my partner, to seek deeper meaning in life, and to know who I am and what makes me happy and spiritually fulfilled.

”Who am I?”

My self
I learned that in this pivotal place in my life, in this path of defining myself by first understanding who I am right now, the more clearly I can describe the qualities that describe me now, the easier ( it isn’t easy.... don’t misunderstand) it is to change and improve those things. I am learning that I choose to take on a ton of stress related my kids’ performance in school. That my own perception of myself as a parent is somehow connected to what they do. I need to let them be themselves, taking ownership for their own lives. That is, after all, what I want for them.

Reflecting on who you are currently while keeping in mind who you want to be. Am I making choices to become the woman I see myself becoming? Holy shit. No. I’m scared, I’m always going to stay in this state of passive thinking, instead of actively engaging. I’m scared I’m always going to do things on autopilot, and I’m trying to get out of that habit but it’s a state of thinking and I simply can’t wake up from it. I’m scared I bring no attributes.

Who am I?
I am nice, shy, a good listener, anxious, fearful, and sometimes selfish. I tend to procrastinate on important and simply tasks. I fear reject and find it difficult to get out of my comfort zone. I care to much about what others think of me. I overthink a lot. I avoid situations where there could be awkwardness in fear of looking foolish or not knowing what to say. I feel most comfortable on the golf course. Who I want to become? I want to become disciplined, hardworking, kind, and extremely loving. I want to gain great confidence in myself and my abilities. I want to be able to accept rejection and persist through my fears and accomplish the great things I am capable of. I want to listen and empathize with others and love everyone unconditional and be there to support friends and family. I want to grow my relationship with the lord and take my wellness to the next level through great dedication to exercise and diet. I want to focus less on material things and more on experiencing and making this life the best possible.

This Is Who I Am
I am a compassionate, kind, loving, playful, anxious and passionate person who tries to please people. I focus a lot on taking care of others more than I do myself. I try to convince myself that I am making time for self-care, but in reality my own self-care is the first thing to be pushed aside. I focus too much on pleasing and taking care of others because I am afraid of being rejected for not doing/being enough. I want to become more grounded and free rather than feeling confined to societal standards and the beliefs and opinions of others. I want to be more empowered and confident to be who I truly am without fear of judgement. I want to be me.

Y quien soy yo

Who am I becoming
I learned that I am not becoming who I want to become. I need to back track and relearn myself. Months go by without a minute to myself or for myself and when I try to create me time it’s just toxic. Who am I?
I am love and happiness. I’m emotionally calm, focused on my inner well being and full of light. I am beautiful inside and out. For the first time in my 40 years I can answer this truthfully. Who am I becoming? Stronger everyday. I used to think I was strong because I was respected professionally. That was a lie because I was a hot mess inside. I felt ugly and fat. I felt like I wasn’t enough. I was a boiling pot of emotions. But now I’m becoming genuinely strong on the inside and that is starting to show on the outside. I am light and love and beautiful and kind and amazingly awesome! I love me some ME!

Self
Getting to know yourself. I feel like sometimes this can be a little dreadful, you have to accept every aspect of yourself, including the parts you aren’t proud of, the parts you try to hide and the bad qualities you aim to forget you have. They can be changed of course once you accept and openly admit these are there and therefore bringing you one step closer to really knowing yourself. It’s just that first step of admitting those little things are there. It’s time to start getting to know myself.
S

Self
Being someone who is still growing and learning, I have trouble answering this question. I’ve seen many things in life and learned so many lessons you would think I can define who I am easily. But I only know half of me, and I’m excited to learn the rest of who I am now, and who I will become.

Becoming
I learned that I can accept who I am or what I've done but changing that problem and being adamant or persistent about it after change is my issue. I need to have meditation and some exercise in day to keep me on track. This can only help in more ways than one. I did a podcast today as well. There was a term I don't know what it was where you hold your hands in a certain position. Modena or mooda something. I tried to do the gesture but without anything to look at I'm not sure I did it correctly but I did feel it bring a sort of center to me at the moment. Like I was able to be in the space but take myself to my breathing. I did that one in a van and didn't like it

Who am I?
This fundamental philosophical question isn't easily answered and as far as I understand does everybody else know who we are easily and it takes us a long time to understand ourselves. Therefore the best to do in order to understand ourselves better is to ask others about how they percieve us.

Who I Am
Another of Dorothy’s excellent and thought provoking sessions. I thank Cyndee and Debb for pointing me here, right here where I need to be. It’s the perfect time for me to do a genuine and thorough assessment of who I am presently, where I wish to go from here, what I desire most for myself, how I intend to reach my goal, and who I wish to become. This will be both an eye and heart opening adventure and I am certain it will keep me busy for quite a while.

Who am I now?!!
I USED to know who I was really well. I don't like or even really recognize the lost and broken shell of a man I see today. I believe I'm still a good man. I don't LOVE who I am today though. I feel I've become someone other than who I was and I'm definitely not who I wish to be today. Guess there’s nowhere to go but up! Or forward! I'll keep striving! I'm thankful for all my Aura tribe friends who have listened and reflected on this practice had me choosing to make it my morning meditation today! I'm having a stressful morning today, and Dorothy’s kind tones made for a relaxing listen.

Interesting this came up today...
I’ve been brewing on this question for the last several days. (It part of an exercise I’m doing in a book, as I go through redefining my goals for the next five years.) It’s easy to list personal likes, dislikes, & attributes. But I’m digging deeper—looking for what fuels my soul. As the relatively trivial tasks of the day pepper at my attention, it’s tough to drill down past the... proverbial granite layer. So I’m still digging, still brewing... but I can tell you this. I am certainly contemplative!

First look inward and define who you really are at your core. Your values characteristics etc Next define what’s holding you back. Your weaknesses. “You are becoming the man you’ve always wanted to be.”

This is who I am
Learning yourself can be difficult work. But when you do, it is so rewarding! You realize what makes you respond to things the way you do. You realize what baggage you bring with you. But the best part is you realize that you can set that baggage down and let it go.

Knowing Oneself
This is a very thought provoking life coaching wisdom session from Dorothy. She asks us two questions, ‘Who am I?’ and then ‘Who am I Becoming?’. Knowing who we are is more than knowing our likes and dislikes. It is knowing our deepest desires, ideals and values. When we know who we are, we are open to changing what doesn’t jive with being congruent with our highest self. The next question, ‘Who am I Becoming?’ should be answered by looking within our heart. Asking ourselves these very important questions gives us immense clarity into our lives by telling us not only where we are today, but where we are headed tomorrow.

This is Who I Am
i is a wonderful reminder that part of defining who you are is letting go of the things that do not serve you and are holding you back. When you do this you can let your heart now define who you are becoming

This Is Who I Am
Defining who I am is so very difficult. Not what I am... Daughter or spouse or yoga teacher or accountant... But who AM I at the deepest level. Discover where your heart lies

Self
I learnt that I have avoided myself for a long time. I ask these questions to help and be there for others. I have never seriously asked them of myself fearful of what others may think of me. Thanks Dorthy...it's time for me to ask these questions for me.

Incongruity
I have spent most of my adult life incongruit with who i am. No longer do i fight to resist. And now i am present to who i really am. I am finally at peace as it all makes sense. And i can now begin to love who i am now that i know who i am.

I enjoyed the structure of the session. Her voice was soothing.
The session reminded me that I need to check in with myself and remember what makes me, me.

Who am I ? I am...
I learned that in order to improve, modify, or change, I must know myself first. What is my basic, intrinsic self? I am a human life form. I eat, drink, breathe, love, and sleep. Why do I seek improvement? Is there something wrong with me? If I believe in God, as an all knowing being, and as an example of all perfections, then logically, I assume that, as I was taught, God created me as he did other humans. How arrogant is it that I seek to change a creation made by a perfect being? Maybe I am not trying to change myself. Maybe I’m trying to return to the innocent, original form created by a perfect God. So, what to do? Maybe I should learn to love and be loved. Erase the negative beliefs I have absorbed from experience and from humans living in an insecure, angry, and uncertain existence. But, I should not judge them. For I am only a dollup of perfection, not the whole perfect being. God bless you and myself, and blessings to any one out there reading this, because no matter who you are, you are my brother or sister, and we are a family in the truest sense.

Great questions to ponder
I don’t know that I have ever sat down and asked myself who I am. I need to do this and write it down. Then, I need to write down who I am becoming—what do I want to change.

Bible study group which I had joined that meets at the YMCA close to my home. I do not drive however the community’s local bus transportation, has have the opportunity to take advantage of the bus for disability goes from door to door & I have found this is very good for my ability to get out to my own!

Who am I ??
Who am I?? I have absolutely no idea at all. I just know I hate who I am so much. I have spent so many years, in fact my entire life trying to be whatever the person in front of me wants and needs me to be in that moment. Who am I becoming ?? I hope free, free to find myself and love who I am and change what I do not want to continue to be. I want to be a “Higher Me”. One I can freely and completely love, honour and respect and “be enough” for ME and really LOVE who I am. I want to know myself 🖤💜 I want to unpack each layer of who I am now. ALL of it whether it’s good, bad or really ugly and seek to change. I need to see who I really am in order to begin this journey, MY journey, to become self-loving with positive action to self-healing. I want to give to myself, the kindness and dedication I give everyone else. I give ALL of me. I want to give ME ALL of ME !! I need help so desperately? I don’t know how to begin this process of change. I don’t know how to begin loving myself. I feel I am stuck at the starting line waiting for the gun to go off and becoming deaf… waiting waiting waiting… Nameste 😊 🖤💜

Aside from a gratitude list that’s in fits and starts
I have a rough time getting myself to put pen to paper, yet I desire spiritual growth and personal understanding.. why do I block myself? This would seem to be a magnificent starting place, I guess I better start training those fingers to pick up that heavy pen🙏

Who I am becoming
I am becoming a woman who does not put up with anyone for shit. Someone lying to me is an immediate red flag and turn off. I’m not wasting my time on someone and trying to prove to them that I am worth it. The right man will realize it and treat me right, and I will not have to fight to make it work. I am craving a true and effortless connection I want to get to know for the rest of my life. I am hopeful.

Who I am becoming…….
I’ve learned as you age, that the petty things you’ve held onto no longer serve you. I am learning my self worth and not allowing people to trample all over me. I’m a people pleaser by nature and it allows some people to take advantage of my kindness.

I learned that the weight of a problem creates hyper focused outlook on reality.
I need to make effort to pull myself out and acknowledge the rest of the world. I have to acknowledge that my burden or issues are only a tiny part of the world.

Who am I
I want to run down a list of attributes v sitting and asking that question. In part I might ask how do others see me experience me. The harsher judge being very much my own. Even my dear mother said once “ your brilliant” I could not hear that in a way that took it in produced a shared conversation with her explored her thoughts. It was too foreign. I stopped myself in my tracks. This I will explore today somewhere soft pillowy supportive and nurturing. Not work to dissect but perhaps a photographic lense that I can zoom in and out and observe More to see

Me
As I continue to learn and grow, I think the idea of sitting and really thinking and who I am now will be so helpful in my journey. To think about the aspects of myself that will continue to help me grow or are holding me back is so important.
