This meditation is to help remind you of your natural state of: happiness, calm, contentment, and inner peace. Here I would like to help you experience how to return to your natural state. Mindful (conscious) breathing can be a reminder of what we choose to bring in and what we release, with our breath. In this meditation, experience the release of whatever thoughts, emotions, and other aspects which keep us 'out of' our natural state of happiness. Discover how to use mindfulness of breath to consciously choose what you wish to hold onto - including how you wish to feel. In this meditation, you also experience the energy of your heart centre as a helpful way of connecting with your spiritual (divine) nature. Is where my mind went during this meditation. The music. The crowd. The feeling of relaxation. The culture. The story. The beautiful sunset. The color. The tradition. The spirituality. This brought me much happiness & sadness today. A year ago, tinker bell was with me. We danced. Laughed. Took pictures. Made memories.

I am blessed with love!
This is only my 24th day to ever mediate in my 44 years. I am mediating first thing in the morning to set the tone for my day. I also continue to mediate through out the rest of my day and conclude my day with a final mediation before I close my eyes for a restful night of sleep. It seems that all most every time I decide to mediate over the past 10 days - I am blessed to be given that perfect guided mediation to help achieve what it is Iโ€™m looking to achieve. This meditation with Dorothy was exactly what I needed at the perfect moment I needed it - to achieve and learn to achieve what I was looking to invite into my heart and what I wanted to release from my body & mind. I will favorite this as well as download this meditation for future use. I know it will always help me be spiritually connected and to help me release the cravings of living a self-centered & selfish life. Thank you.

Blissful State
Our thoughts are very powerful. What we choose to think about can either lift us up or bring us down. In this meditation, Dorothy has us consciously choose how we want to feel and let go of anything that no longer serves us on our out breath. This brings us back to our natural state of happiness. Sitting in an upright position, I began to focus on my breath. Just being with my breath, I felt the power of Now enter my mind. My breath deepened as I took in all that this moment had to offer. On my in breath, I began to say uplifting words to myself. When I paused at the top of my inhale, I felt the energy of these words in my heart center. On my exhale, I felt any and all thoughts, sensations and feelings that no longer serve me release from my mind and body. After doing this breathing exercise for a few minutes, I felt myself lifted from a mundane state to a blissful state of happiness. Thank you, Dorothy! Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ
