Something that we already know but easily forget because of moments of distraction, an appreciated reminder
Reminding myself of temporary states and past good times helps heaps
Moving forward remember that my heart and body is mine and is what makes me
I can soothe myself with a gesture or touch during temporary moments of stress.
I need to be patient with myself when I’m feeling stressed or anxious.
I learnt that stress or anxious this is a temporary state
Now that I know this I feel much calmer when I think about it

I was in the most tense aggravated mood before this 3 min meditation, now after I feel amazing again knowing that my mood isn't gonna stay like that and I will feel better very soon 😇❤️ so many amazing things said
All emotions are temporary so even the difficult ones will pass. Very calming meditation.
