On day 3, you listen to your special friend again, that little voice inside your tummy. The little voice is always there for us, even when we feel sad. Sadness is a thing on the inside that everyone has sometimes. In the mini-lesson today, high in the sky, you explore "things that I want to create". Sometimes we need to think extra special thoughts to create things. This could be like creating a toy, a camp, a drawing, or a painting. These are sometimes called hobbies. They are activities we do for fun, and sometimes we learn from doing them. After, exploring this, you finish with a ride home in the friendly, fluffy, white cloud. It has another word upon its belly. It teaches you how to experiment with being calm and content.
