This morning meditation will guide you to be aware of your wisdom when something feels off and listen to your inner compass. There are moments when everything feels just… off. Maybe it’s subtle — a lingering sense of unease. Maybe it’s louder — like frustration, irritability, or burnout. You try to figure out what’s wrong, but it feels slippery, just out of reach, and you wonder: Why can’t I seem to get it right? Why does this feel like too much? What happened to the version of me who felt more aligned, clearer, more… together?
