This sleep meditation will guide you to let it all go as the wind lifts what no longer belongs. Take a deep breath in, and slowly exhale. Let the day fall away like leaves from a tree, releasing one by one with each breath you take. Settle deeper into your bed now, and feel your body soften. Let the blankets hold you, as if they were arms of the earth herself.
