In this episode of Life Coaching WISDOM we look to the importance of giving trauma a voice; acknowledging the hurt that has been caused to you by another and giving a compassionate and honorable voice to help others heal what trauma you have caused. “When you acknowledge your mistakes ~ particularly mistakes in which you have caused harm to another whether intentionally or unintentionally, you hold the power to help heal the relationship and the experience of another. Trauma for any past situation is the trauma that you need to give voice to ~ to say “this happened”. This happened and then I did this to heal from what happened Please listen to the full episode and the TWO MANTRA PRAYERS to help you in your journey of healing.

I learned that if you meditate it helps you feel like you are always calm
I learned that if you meditate it helps you feel like you are always calm and relax everything will be fine and I feel like I’m being in a peaceful peaceful meadow and I love to meditate because I love to bring relaxation to my life my favorite color is blue so I think relaxing and peaceful and I love the color
I’ve noticed that when you are meditating
I noticed that when you are meditating all the negative things like thoughts and disbeliefs will go away from your head like I know that if I meditate I don’t feel as much stressed anymore I feel so relaxed and relieved so that is why I think it’s important to meditate and listen to relaxing music and watching the music videos
I learned that while I thought I was being a good mother many years ago I was dragging along into that role what was done to me—shouting, judging, demeaning. Blessedly, while my children were of kindergarten ages I got on my knees and apologized to them. This meditation brought back memories that sadden me but didn’t surprise me.
I have so much guilt, anger, and saddens me
I can’t keep going on like this. Something has to give… it seems like the harder I try, the deeper I fall…
