They feel so powerful, like a monster that not only should not but cannot be contended with. Just during that 8 minutes though, bringing mindful, loving and curious awareness really showed the holes within what so often for me feel like forces of nature. Even though I am absolutely and understandably exhausted, my awareness has given me another venue for freedom.
Treat all emotions like visitors. We decide who stays. Some will plant a seed within us. Others will soften and fade away. I feel good hearing those words. Thank you.
