Great talk! Being mindful of truth. Using this when we have thoughts or feelings. We need to examine what is truthful. What is not. Thus, happiness naturally comes to us.

The 3 minute version wasn't very useful. It cuts off before even getting through #2. Why offer it if that's all it was?

7 minutes of bliss
I wanted to experience happiness in full, so I listened to the full version. Making my rosehip tea in a teapot with honey. Inhaling it, being mindful, turning the teapot 3 ways this way and that way. Now sipping, felt wonderful, hopeful. Blissful. I will take these words on board.
