Three Practices of Happiness
Three practices that can be used everyday to lead to a happier life are the following. Truth, Self-Love, and Gratitude. Asking ourselves “is this thought 100% true” is a good way to fact check our thoughts and avoid negative bias. Taking self-care steps everyday at the start of the day is a good way to lead to an emotionally healthier life. Listing something or some things we are grateful for each day reminds us to appreciate what we have in our lives.
