This sleep meditation will guide you through the stillness of the spring forest as you let go and rest. Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in… and as you exhale, allow any tension to leave your body. This is your time to rest, your time to let go. Feel yourself sinking into the comfort beneath you, letting each muscle relax, each thought slow. Bring your awareness to your breath, gentle and steady, guiding you into calmness. With each inhale, welcome a sense of ease into your body, and exhale, release any lingering tension from the day. Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in… and as you exhale, allow any tension to leave your body.
