This morning meditation will guide you through the lessons of the river as you move through life with ease. Close your eyes, and take a deep breath in. Feel the air move through you, like a stream weaving its way through the earth. Soft, steady, effortless. And as you exhale, let yourself surrender— Let yourself be carried. Life is always moving, always shifting, like water carving its way through stone, like the river finding its path without force, without hesitation. It does not question where it is going. It does not resist the bends, the curves, the unexpected turns. It simply flows.
