I'm a little distracted today
This really didn't do much for me. I had trouble connecting to the words and focusing. It felt a little too vague.

I'm feeling more stress after this meditation than I did beforehand.
Everything is flowing around me regardless of what I let in. So I have to be very selective on what I let move me or what I let in or I will get pushed down the stream by everything else.

I am the rock in the river bend
I love this reminder and the visualization that my thoughts and feeling flow through me and past me like the currents of a river bend, but I am a rock..Never getting swept up in the current. I also love the reminder that I am not my thoughts or feelings.
