My mind is racing, any other night this wouldโ€™ve worked just fine. Itโ€™s me bc I had a bad night at work. Itโ€™s a no win situation and I wish I could resign! Sorry to be so negative and Iโ€™m not looking for sympathy, just need to get this out of my head. Iโ€™ll be fine tomorrowโญ•๏ธ๐ŸŒžโญ•๏ธ I just need to find my sacred circle โญ•๏ธ

This practice is a wonderful reminder to take a moment to consciously breathe throughout my day and to pay special attention to my breath during moments of stress or anxiety. It is a very calming practice.

In times when you feel the โ€œflight or fightโ€ instinct, remember to take deep breaths. Check in with yourself; breathe in & out, and feel your entire body breathing as well. You are in control. You got this!
