The breath is our anchor to the present moment. It grounds us into this moment while improving our concentration and focus. You don’t need to breath in any special way for this. Join me in exploring the power of the breath.

Me
I feel terrible I feel terrible not because something I did to myself but because I allowed someone else to make me feel this way

⭕️
My mind is racing, any other night this would’ve worked just fine. It’s me bc I had a bad night at work. It’s a no win situation and I wish I could resign! Sorry to be so negative and I’m not looking for sympathy, just need to get this out of my head. I’ll be fine tomorrow⭕️🌞⭕️ I just need to find my sacred circle ⭕️

Great Reminder
This practice is a wonderful reminder to take a moment to consciously breathe throughout my day and to pay special attention to my breath during moments of stress or anxiety. It is a very calming practice.

The Powerful Breath
Great reminder to pause and seek balance. Breathing indeed brings calmness and also release.

Ground yourself
In times when you feel the “flight or fight” instinct, remember to take deep breaths. Check in with yourself; breathe in & out, and feel your entire body breathing as well. You are in control. You got this!

Breathe
During this hard period of changes due to the pandemic, we need to stand away from the excess of news and non accurate information. Follow the CDC guidance of hygiene and social distancing. Take the time to breath, realize how blessed we’re and take care of what really matters, family. Love unconditionally, Glory V. 🧜🏼‍♀️💙

Thank you
Just breathing without being told how to breath is genuinely the most relaxing thing

I felt relaxed after this brief meditation. Sometimes I think meditation requires a long period of time and yet this brief 3 minutes was very grounding. Thank you for your gentle guidance 🙏🏻
