This morning meditation will guide you to see the power of the soft embrace of self-love already within you. Settle in, Beautiful, And allow yourself to find a comfortable space. Take a deep breath in, And let it slowly release. Feel your body start to relax, And your mind begins to quiet. Now, as you breathe, Bring your awareness inward. Focus on the gentle rise and fall of your chest, And notice the rhythm of your breath, Like the ebb and flow of the ocean’s waves.
