Opportunity for new response
While doing this meditation I envisioned myself applying this in a difficult situation, where I may be triggered by frustration or confusion trying to communicate with another person. I wondered what would happen if amid all that craziness, I just decided to focus on my breath and reconnect with the wisdom inside. I am sure it would create an opportunity for a new response… perhaps clear the air and deepen my connection with the people I am with.

Power
Power is God. Power of God. God allows Us to handing Power meaning God loves us so much that he allowed his own son Jesus Christ to be crucified so that we can have the forgiveness of Sin. I believe the Power that we are given is the choice to choose the Path we take and it's up to us to choose God because he is the Power.

thoughts on love
love comes and goes naturally throughout our lives. some love will begin and sometime that love may end. we must go through the world accepting the love we receive, show gratitude for that love, and allow it to go it’s own way if that is the best thing. love is not overbearing or possessive, those traits are antithetical to love. love is selfless and giving.

The MIND has great power and will do many things you want it do if you let it. Here in this meditation not only does it help you focus on mediating on your breathing during sticky situations like “ blame games” but other powerful maneuvers. Good luck! Have a great day!

You can control your energy
If my body were a frequency, what pitch, what timbre would it be? By elongating the breath, then matching inhales and exhales, I can bring balance and lower the pitch of that frequency, the intensity of that energy

Power
I learned that I have the power to control my thoughts and how I feel about a situation. It’s so easy for us to place the blame elsewhere which gives that thing or person power over our life. I can control this by taking one breathe at a time and process whatever it is and decide how I want it to make me feel.

The power of me?
What power do I have that is unknown to me? How do I unlock this power? I guess it is something I need to find for myself. But that could take a while, and for that it could be hours, days, months, years... when can I found this strange power within me to do courageous things in life?

It’s in My Powet
Today’s session was great. Hearing that by taking the time out to breath and regulate my breathing when I’m a stressful situation gives me the power to control my actions and stress. I love this idea and will be trying it the next time a stressful situation arises. I have always heard to stop and count to ten before reacting. But stoping and regulating my breathing seems to be a better focus.

I HAVE the power over adrenaline!
I can control the frequency or the adrenaline with my breath. I have the power and control. Drop down into the body and regulate with breath. Do not put blame on others; I control how much energy I expend. Regulate the breath until it is a neutral breath. I LOVE this exercise!! I must remember and utilize this!

Regulate the day
I need to slow down and breathe when the day becomes stressful and I feel over anxious. I need to remember that by slowing down and breathing; I will be able to come to a conclusion more clearly. Day 3
Today I was very excited to do my meditation. It was something I looked forward to all night. This is day three of trying to manage my anxiety and stress. This week I am on vacation from a job I can only describe as stressful. I wanted to use this week as a reset for change. I wanted this break to be a time where I reset myself and find out why I seem to get so frazzled all week. In today’s meditation she said something really important, we tend to be poised for defense. We let others action and emotions make us crazy or make us panicked, at least I tend to. I want to do a better job of realizing that I need to be poised in being. I think if I can remind myself to do this exercise when I am feeling overwhelmed it will remind me to reflect on who is controlling the adrenaline that is going through MY body, and allow me to regroup and come up with a game plan that I can put into much calmer fruition.
E

Needed me
Wow that was powerful for me this morning. I needed so much of what was in this session. The reminder to control and that i have control over my energy output. That i choose how i move through the world. Constantly being poised for action is not a healthy way to live- it sparks my anxiety and puts me off balance. Im continually working to bring myself to a space of letting go of others (even if it temporary) when the space is not healthy and managing my own reactions.

Power: Expending your Energy
Don't spend your energy on something that you don't have much influence. If you do, you are wasting time, energy, and power! What do you expend your energy on? 😕❔ When asked this question, I spend my time, energy , and effort on prayer, meditation, and acknowledging the presence of God, who is all-powerful and all-knowing. I can't do everything, but with God listening to my requests, He has the power to make the impossible possible. ☝🏼🧘🏻‍♀️😌

Ability
In this meditation we learn that we can control our responses to adrenaline and situations that seem to rule us for the moment, simply by lengthening our breath and having the same duration of length for both the in and out breaths. Something I intend to remember!

Breath in Harmony
We often forget that we are solely responsible for our own energy expenditures. Instead, we find blame in someone or something and think that some external factor caused us to feel the way we did. We can control the adrenaline that flows into our bloodstream in times of stress by regulating, or simply noticing our breath. By regulating our breath, we become poised for being instead of poised for action. In this way, we take back our power. Arriving at my breath by deepening my inhale and exhale, I began to count to four on my inhale and exhale so that each were of equal length or rather, in harmony with one another. Once I felt an equal tempo was reached, I dropped the counting to four and just felt the calming effects my breath in harmony had on my body and mind. By doing this, I am poised for being instead of poised for action. The next time there comes a time in which we can become frazzled by some external factor, we can drop down into our body and begin to regulate our breath instead of allowing the adrenaline to take over. In this manner, we will be less likely to become frazzled in the first place, thereby reducing the amount of cortisol in our body. The time is now to take back our power! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

G’Morning
I learned that sometimes one meditation plays into another so I did perhaps five, all them about my breathing. My lungs feel open and free and I am ready for what this day brings to me.
