Pond meditation
No matter how terrifying or paralyzing my inner and outer worlds may seem, deep down inside, I can still find peace and calmness. The pond visualization reminds me that I can be both restless and peaceful, and it’s up to me to choose thoughts and actions rooted in peace.
Stirring the pond
The slower and more deliberate you are with your movements the better the pond can settle. When I take time to respond the more I can control my environment. The similarity of the bottom of the pond being less affected by the disturbance at the top to life...the stronger you hold to negative or positives the less the superficial circumstances will affect change in your true self!
