Play with volume so it won’t scare you.
Her voice put me in a trance but then when she would return from a pause it scared me a little and I would wake. Have to find a balance in the volume. Otherwise beautiful!

Into Relaxation
I really enjoyed this meditation and enjoyed the pauses in between to zone out. I could feel my body becoming relaxed and drifting off. Her voice was relaxing.
