This sleep meditation will guide you through the lantern path of peaceful dreams as you allow your body time to rest. Lay yourself down, and feel the comfort of your bed, the warmth of your blankets, the softness that surrounds you. Take in a slow, steady breath, and let it ease out of you. One more deep inhale, and a long, gentle exhale. Allowing the body to know that it is time to rest.
