This morning meditation will guide you through joy and presence. Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in. Feel the way your chest expands, your belly rises, your body softens. And as you exhale, let everything fall away— The weight of expectation, The tightness of yesterday, The thoughts that keep you tethered somewhere else. Breathe again, and this time, let your shoulders drop. Let your hands unclench. Let the space behind your eyes grow wide and open. There is nothing to hold onto here. Nothing to figure out. Just you, your breath, this moment.
