When we step into a life of kindness, our world takes on a whole new outlook. We start with being kind to ourselves first. This gives us space to be kind to others and the world in general. The universe is then kind back to us in return.

Mindfulness and kindness
In this meditation I learned there are three ways to increase your kindness the first is by having me time and reflecting/meditating 10 minutes a day. The second is I’m not focusing on simply getting things done on your to do list, but I’m making it to loveliest and doing the things you love to do first. This is something you are aware you were worth me happy you are worthy of happiness finally it is a good idea to think about how random acts of kindness can be done with those you love as well as strangers. it is important that this active kindness it’s truly random and done without expectation but the person for whom you performed the act of kindness will reciprocate it will reciprocate it. I found this meditation exceedingly helpful especially the reminder but kindness starts with yourself. I tend to be self critical and when I feel like I am not protective enough I am hoping this meditation remind me to be kinder to myself and reflect on my day more positively the west not beating myself up.
