Lots of great pointers on how we can improve our sleep quality. I have definitely noticed improvement in my health and well being by getting to bed at a reasonable hour and limiting distractions that prevent me from getting a restful nights sleep.

I love sleep and it’s it super important for your body. I’m still trying to get to bed earlier and it is a slow process but if I can manage 8 hours or 7 hours, it should carry me through most of the day

This session confirmed what I already know - sleep is so important. I aim to be in bed around 9 hours per night, this is typically less on weekends but not always. I feel a big difference when I don't sleep well.
