Not long enough!
Started out well, but I felt it was rushed. I think this would be far more effective as a longer session.

give what you want
create an environment you would like to live in and gift it to those around you. i will create an immense amount of happiness in your life. while this meditation was shorter than i had thought it sends us a good message. give what you want; sounds like my mama when she told me “treat others the way you want to be treated” the whole time i was growing up. sending love to all 🌟

Reset
This meditation is great to begin your day with or as a a reset for the middle of the day. Breathing in, resetting your body and breathing out fully, letting your body relax. After listening, your body and mind are rejuvenated, grounded and present in the moment. Happy New Now! â€ïžđŸ™đŸ»đŸ˜Š

Stay in the Now
Great advice. If I concentrate on where and how I am NOW, at this very moment, then the past doesn’t really matter, and the future will be whatever it is. Que sera, sera. -Doris Day https://youtu.be/CcWbZUgymkw

What I breath and think
What I breath and think are what surround myself. What is that which I would like to see when I open my eyes? It is a very simple question that never thought about. Many thanks for giving me this simple it very useful exercise.

Happy New Now
Interesting statement, but when I think about it, it's always true. Every moment in life is just that ”new”! Take advantage and make it the best you can

I learned that at any moment In the day, you can change it and your intentions. Your intentions and thoughts shape the world around you.

Forget “each day is a new day”. Each moment is a new moment. Following this logic, there are no “bad days”, only portions of the days which are bad. As soon as you move on from that bad moment, you’re giving yourself another chance to improve your day.

New
I learned to make each moment new. Each moment is the last time you’ll see or influence that moment in time.

Work in Progress
The first part was helpful. The second part about intentions is beyond my current understanding. I hope one day to “get” that. Be well!

It was quite nice to focus on breathing but I didn’t feel as connected with this as I usually do with others.

Happy New Now
I liked the upbeat background music and also that he’s a guy. There aren’t many male voices on the app. I enjoyed imaging bringing all the energy back in, being grateful for something and setting an intent for the day as our intent shapes the world around us.

It’s nice to recenter my thoughts.
I can change the way I look at my surrounds by first changing my thoughts or reactions. It starts with me.

The Happy New Now
I’m working on being better at understanding that a failure doesn’t mean the week or the day is doomed, but I’m still getting there and it’s helpful to have a quick and easy “reset button” like this meditation.

Happy new now
I noticed that focusing on the idea of pulling all the energy back into my body and my cells, left me feeling more energy after doing this practice. I also noticed the focusing on the fact I was grateful to be alive made me happier, And that setting the intention to be focused, relaxed, and grateful, cleared my head in preparation for the day curious on the whole, I feel like I am in a better headspace for the day then before I did this practice. I am hopeful that this meditation Will help me to carry a sense of calm and focus throughout my day I am hoping the improved mood I find myself in after engaging in this practice will last the whole day as well. I am grateful for the folks who work for . This app. Thank you for putting this track together. Along with making me feel more energized, happier, more grateful, more focused, and in general more prepared for my day, you have also taught me that I can control the way I want my day to go through my intentions. Thank you for giving me the tools to exercise his control. On another note today is particularly busy for me. I need all the focus I can muster. I appreciate the fact that this meditation is very effective and only two minutes long. Thank you for providing me with a quick way to ground myselfïżŒïżŒïżŒïżŒïżŒïżŒïżŒïżŒ

First meditation
Wow. I teared up. He just said to just think about what your want to do when you open your eyes. I was thinking about getting a restorative and good nights sleep, and then he said to remember the world is shaped by what you do and feel, so do what want to experience in the world. Create that kind of experience which caused me to reflect back on what I have been going through and putting out there. The energy. I’ve been holding on to some pessimism and anger that I think it’s time to shed, reignite that light in me and put it out there. The world needs it now more than ever.

New now happy!
Why not? Why do I deprive myself so much? The world although it feels like it’s closing in on me the last couple years with the mandates
. Can still be my oyster! I have so much to be grateful for, yet I am vigilantly looking out for the negative? I want to focus on the joy, the good, and I can, it’s a matter of me re-wiring my brain patterns, not an easy task for someone constantly seeking comfort and safety
. Easy to curl up and turn inward and avoid the world
.
