Happy new now
I noticed that focusing on the idea of pulling all the energy back into my body and my cells, left me feeling more energy after doing this practice. I also noticed the focusing on the fact I was grateful to be alive made me happier, And that setting the intention to be focused, relaxed, and grateful, cleared my head in preparation for the day curious on the whole, I feel like I am in a better headspace for the day then before I did this practice. I am hopeful that this meditation Will help me to carry a sense of calm and focus throughout my day I am hoping the improved mood I find myself in after engaging in this practice will last the whole day as well.
I am grateful for the folks who work for . This app. Thank you for putting this track together. Along with making me feel more energized, happier, more grateful, more focused, and in general more prepared for my day, you have also taught me that I can control the way I want my day to go through my intentions. Thank you for giving me the tools to exercise his control.
