Have you ever been flattered by someone? This story might show why it's a good idea not to pay too much attention!

This story taught me to make sure the people offering complements and flattery genuinely mean what they say. If they don’t ,, then you’re more than likely trying butter you up for their own personal gain and because they want some thing from you. I must admit this story did not go where I thought it Would . I thought the moral who is going to be some thing about Vanity. I thought the life coach was going to say something about how wasting your time to prove yourself worthy of praise in the Eyes of others, can result in And you losing the good things in your Life. It had never occurred to me that the lesson in the story was about disingenuous Flattery. Thank you To those who work for this app for causing me to be more mindful of the compliments I receive. This is the lesson of which I had not previously thought . Thank you to the community on this app for taking the time to read this post. I hope you are all OK, happy, and well.

Remember to be aware! Not all flattery comes from good intentions, it could be to take from you
