Thanks Dorothy for a simple yet powerful meditation to help calm the mind with my breath.
I learned that manipulating words to get my breathing to calm down works extremely well. To “witness” or “experience” the “power of my breath.” Kewl!
Focusing on my breath really brought my mind into a sort of comatose state, but, not the bad kind, a pleasant kind of state.
If I breath is got rid of my headache and really calmed me and I felt more in control of my body

Once again I need to return. I have been away too long. This seems to be a good way to begin again.
Back to the breath
It always comes back to the breath. I am very happy for this reminder. I am happy to see I am connecting more solidly and easily to my breath.

It is what it is
One of my favorite sayings. Helps me to accept the unacceptable. Acknowledge I am powerless. Reminds me to step back and move away from the things beyond my control. This meditation helped me to do the same.
havent been on in few days
i did something inconsiderate and upset my boyfriend. I needed to meditate before I went and exercised. I'm feeling better than I before. my thanksgiving is looking up (:
Longest I’ve ever meditated
This is the longest I have ever meditated. Usually I don’t have the patience to just sit there but today made myself just sit, close my eyes and don’t think of anything and I did it!
A little AHDH
I find it hard to concentrate for long periods of time, I usually feel restless. This app is great for settling my mind and emotions.
i am so tried that i almost fell asleep during this meditation haha. i found that listening to my breath and following it, rather than changing it really seemed to calm me down :)
