Energy Enhancer
This powerful breathing technique is the same as his meditation the energy enhancer. This meditation is just 3 minutes longer than the energy enhancer. You start out this meditation by sitting in an upright position, head up a little bit towards the sky, along with a smile on your face. You start to breathe in through your nose breathing in new life to your body and exhaling anything that no longer serves you. Then you breathe in through your nose on the count of 3, hold, and exhale with a gentle hum, This intense breathing technique is practiced throughout this meditation waking your body up. In between the intense breathing, you return back to breathing in through your nose slowly, pausing at the top for a moment, to feel your body growing roots into the ground to ground you, and then gently exhaling through your nose. I am feeling uplifted, motivation, and grounded. Wonderful meditation to begin the day with to help you wake up or would also be a nice afternoon pick me up.

A smile from the inside
This meditation gave me pure joy, pure because my smile at the end came spontaneously from the energy created inside of me, not from any external source. My day ahead will be more peaceful, more focused, more energized because I gave time and space to this practice. Amen and thank you!

We all have this power within ourselves to create a shift in our body into being energized, to have clarity of the mind. All we have to do is learn this breathing exercise. Wow! After doing these breathing exercises, my body is pulsating, buzzing, alive! I will definitely do this on a regular basis! Instead. I think this meditation sounds really interesting. And I hope that I will someday be able to afford to try it out. But for now it’s not possible because it’s too long for the free version... Regardless, of restrictions I do truly love this app and all of the speakers who creatively and sincerely construct a very short but very sweet guided mental field trips. I know I benefit greatly each time I plant my self down entirely and open my mind for the short while, it’s my favorite time spent on the phone. A great way to start a busy day with a cleansing and energy filled meditation. I sat for some time after drawing the energy from the ground up through the body it feels good, I might try to bring this into my morning everyday

This is one of the best meditations I’ve done; the other is also by Morris. Morris’s voice is energizing and refreshing. Here, he uses a three-part inhale technique. There are three sessions of this three-part inhale, the others broken by standard inhale-pause-exhale breaths. I feel energized, radiant, and joyful, where I previously felt sad and empty.

Déjà Smell
I noticed that as I was visualizing positive energy coming in through my breath, I started visualizing the aromas of places and people I love. First, the ocean. Then, the forest. Then, the top of Kilimanjaro. It went from places to people. I inhaled in good energy associated with remembering the smell of my mother’s hugs, and the way my kids smelled when they were babies, with their milk breath, the smell of all the flowers Brian has given me, the smell of home. I cried during the meditation and I’m crying now. It’s proof of how much grief and trauma and gratitude I’m processing and how overwhelmed it is.
