This morning meditation will guide you to honor the parts of you that retreat into shadow and breathe in the warmth of your radiance. Close your eyes and let yourself arrive here. Let the breath move in, filling you gently. Let the breath move out, releasing all that clings too tightly. This moment is a deep invitation to be fully, wholly, exactly as you are. The sun does not fight the night. The moon does not resist the dawn. They know their dance, A rhythm of rising and falling, of illumination and rest, of movement and stillness, each necessary, each belonging.
