This is a Greek myth from Homer's Odysee. As all Greek mythology has, there is mystery, intrigue, and some fantasy. Although it is called 'The Boy & The Goddess' - the "boy" is more like a man whose father is thought to be dead. The goddess too, is mistaken as a man. The goddess is Athena, one of Greek mythology's most popular and well-known goddesses. In this story, Odysseus is stranded on an island with Calypso, a great, but aggressive goddess craving marriage. Odysseus has been there so long, that his wife and son think he's dead. Athena arrives as a traveler disguised as a man, giving them hope that he is alive. I hope you like this one as much as I do. I wish you a very prosperous day. Find more at: thewritersnexus.com
